My next effort: a long walk with a new friend

Friday, May 29, 2009: at 18 -conference meeting at the headquarters of Cai XXX Ottobre Via Battisti 22 with Manfred Salemme for the illustration of his previous experience and the upcoming 2009 Guya trekking, mountain all the way in 93 days.
Saturday, May 30: arrival (bus No. 20 or vaporetto Muggia-Trieste) in Muggia and around the town visiting the Veneto. Transfer (bus number 7, lucky number Manfredi) in Lazzaretto location on the border with Slovenia. Swim in the Adriatic Sea and overnight in tents at the camp site San Bartolomeo.
Sunday, May 31: Start of "trekking Guya 2009." For the entire day we will follow a route that is always kept close to the former Italian-Slovenian border: Muggia Lazzaretto-Old-Crevatin-Santa Barbara-crossing ex-Rabuiese Tinjan-Osp-Kastelec-San Servolo-Karst mountain refuge Premuda-val Rosandra Draga-ex-S.Elia Pesek pass Zeleni-center (center in green) with overnight stays in the room or tent.
Monday 1 June : Zeleni center-mount Cocusso-crossing ex-Lipica Lipica (with a visit to the stables)-Lokev-Matavun (with a visit inside the caves of San Canzian), overnight B & B Matavun or a continuation to the Valle dei Mulini (another 2 hours) and overnight in Skofja on a farm or in a tent camp on a river in Attachment Timavo.
Tuesday, June 2, 2009 : Matavun or Skofja-Mount Vremščica (Auremiano)-Senozece-Razdrto-Nanos-Strange-Šmihel - Predjama-night B & B at the restaurant Predjama Pozar. Welcome and farewell dinner in company with fraternal greetings and hugs, by his Manfredi Salemme, wishing with all my heart, a "nice time" of his great "trek Guya 2009."
